Returns/Exchanges

For domestic orders, our return policy allows you to send back items within 30 days of the date you receive your items, for a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling fee. Contact customer service and an RMA number will be assigned to you and a pre-paid shipping label emailed to you.

Of course if an item is being returned as it is defective or because we have made an error in your order, you will not be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction.

We are not responsible for costs associated with errors due to an inaccurate shipping address provided in the order.

For international orders, the 30 day rule applies, however, we are unable to create RMA labels for returns and exchanges - you would need to arrange and pay for returns for a refund of the item value paid, and place a new order if an exchange is desired.

Of course if an item is being returned as it is defective or because we have made an error in your order, we do not want you to be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction, so it is important for you to contact us so that we can arrange proper reimbursement.

For all returns and exchange needs, you must contact Customer Service WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of your order so that we may assist you properly.

Exchanges

Please follow the return procedure, and place a new order for the item/s you wish instead.  The item/s you prefer may not be in stock by the time your RMA parcel reaches us!  We will process the new order right away and refund your original item value upon its return to us.

Domestic Shipments

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, transit time averages 2-5 days.

We do not process or ship on weekends or US national holidays.

USPS tracking information is available for domestic shipments.

International Shipments

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, transit time averages 10-15 days to most countries.

Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA, USA: VAT, duties, taxes (if any) are not included in international shipments.

We do not process or ship on weekends or US national holidays.

Full tracking information is not available for some international destinations.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
